1. All items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Your item will be shipped either first class or priority mail, depending on item(s) weight. Either shipping method takes about 2-3 business days to be delivered. Packages for international customers are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (for packages under 1 lb.) or Global Priority Mail ( 1 lb. +) which has an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.

2. Due to an increase in orders, please allow 2-3 days for your package to ship. If you need your order sent (or received) by a certain day please let us know when you place your order so we can do our best to meet your deadline.

4.Yes we do! We ship all around the world! Our international shipping prices are posted above.

6. We're currently set up to receive payments through paypal. Payment types include secure debit/credit card payments, payments from your paypal acct. balance and echecks (similiar to paying with a check, it takes a few days to clear your bank acct.)

If you prefer to send a money order (sorry no personal checks accepted)...please email us so that we can make arrangements. International orders must be paid through paypal, no money orders and/or cheques excepted.

7. Charcoal Design's products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied with you necklace, iPod Case or anything else please contact us withing a week of receiving your order so that we can arrange a return.

8. The site is updated with new merchandise about twice a month, we have just added a 'new goodies' page so that customers can find the latest stuff at the click of a button! You can also sign up for our mailing list to get site updates!

9. Right now, we are currently only taking wholesale orders. Please contact us if you own an online or brick and mortar shop and would like to carry our products. Our wholesale minimum is $50.00 (post wholesale price).

10. It has been decided that it would be better for to make monthly monetary donations to different animal organizations on our own instead of relying on the sales of special items each month.

Also we will continue to donate 'Charcoal Designs' products to Crafters For Critters which is an awesome site dedicated to helping greyhounds and other animals, and guess what it is all non-profit! How cool is that?!
