The center image and bottom banner are both sealed in clear varnish. The paper that covers the coffin is sealed with varnish as well but with a much thinner coat.
This plaque is lovingly handmade, using hand cut wood, ornate resin embellishments. Each plaque is unique, no two are alike.

A handmade box of wonder. Filled with delightful colors, shapes and imagery. From a framed victorian corset, to a working pin cushion with hand-cast resin pin tops, this assemblage revels in charm!

Featuring a vintage print background, hand cast resin embellishments, vintage photo mounts, brass charms and a vintage metal bug clicker. The box shuts completely but doesn't lock. This piece has been designed to be displayed on a shelf and does not have hooks for hanging.

You've never seen Jesus looking so kitschy. Available in gospel green (lime), passion purple (deep purple) or praised pink (hot pink). You'll be the queen of kitsch with one of these in your trailer.

Made of hand cast resin, dyed and poured in our studio. Molds can be a tricky thing and as you can see some of jesus's facial parts are missing (i.e. his Michael J nose job) but that just makes them more kitschy!!

Donkey Plaque

"Vaya Con Dios Patches"

Patches lived his life as a Tijuana side show attraction, the burro who lived as a zebra by day, donkey by night. Every morning Patches woke up at the crack of dawn, painted on his zebra stripes, walked down to the local pub on Revolution street in TJ's burgeoning tourist district and danced for money. First it was the tango, sometimes he danced the macarena, but refused to shake his hips to Ricky Martin numbers.

Few know what happened to Patches, some say he lived the rest of his life on a donkey retirement ranch, other say he moved to Spain, still some believe Patches is still with us, as long as we believe.

The wooden banners and donkey head are raised off the background about 1/2", the donkey silhouette has small resin pieces attached to it and was then painted a glossy black.

Come fly with me pays tribute to 50's style tattoo art, with a large swallow centered in the middle of the resin plaque, with a vintage trinket printed background.
